What is it about rain that makes it comforting and peaceful? I grapped my blanket, cuddles with it, and smiled. I love it when it rains. I have been thinking alot about worship this week, and through nature my desire and love for the Lord increases more than in anything else. To Him be all the glory.

Fall is not too far off the the green on the trees is starting to dim. I can't wait till camp fires and warm apple cider. Isn't nature just wonderful? I have trouble looking up when I am walking to class, I am always thinking about something and I stare at the pavement, I am also very clumsy so I have to watch where I go, but the other day I was walking back from dinner I threw back my head and right then I was truly blessed by God's creation. The wind blew slightly, the trees seemed to strech out their beautiful long limbs, and even the sun decided to show her beautiful face. It is times like these that make the world seem just perfect for a second. Things are so stressful and crazy right now, but I know it's OK. I am happy.

I hope you are too.

Enjoying the weekend

In New Orleans here, and no...these Apts. were not open...
Yeah...go ahead and say it...
Ha...when Kipp's knee poped out of place. It's pouring into my room for the first time in a week. For awhile it was like we were in Ireland (tea anyone?), and speaking of Ireland...I met my whole team Thursday night and it was a little weird. The fact that some day I will be so comfortable with these people that I could do my normal weird things. Like talk to ducks or something...it's exciting and weird too...ha. To help with the stress this week my PA and myself took some of our freshman and went to a petting zoo at 11:30 pm. And was it open? Not really...but somehow we were still able to get in. And at night, yeah, even lamas are pretty creepy. It was fun driving around and hopfully showing the freshies a good time. I think we might have made some memories.I look forward to the weekend, a soccer game a football game today. Maybe some homework and coffee later...mmm...I love college, you just never know what is going to happen next...

The many faces of me.

Here I am thinking how stupid it is that there is not a sidewalk closer to Reade from the DC.
Still pondering at my desk...
Really being bored and deciding this is how my first kiss will look like...
Now this face is just hot.

Today was the first day of classes. I also wish I could have a camera when I dream. So I could look back on all the very weird or very wonderful things that pass through my mind...It would be nice.

Lacking in Prince and Coffee Area Today

Prince Charming.

I am excited for classes to start tomorrow! I like to brag about him...

Armpits.

~Slidell~
A Week Ago today I was driving back from Slidell La working with Habitat for Humanity. I have never cared so much for Humanity. The title holds well to it's action. With friends and strangers we made foundations for several houses. Though it was 110 degrees, when the house owner drive by and seeing her face...it was worth it all. With death and destruction, hope is in the midst and that hope is God, He is faithful and there with each hurting person in the south. I am blessed. Let's not forget those who are in need.

~Being back at TU~

I am very proud of myself for wearing a white tanktop all day and not leaving sweat marks in the armpits.

Even just walking about you have the filmly stuff all over your body. It is hot.

But God is good and is already doing the most amazing things here at Taylor University. His grace and provision is evident, and most of all his faithfullness.

Being a Discipleship assisistant on my wing is a bit scary with 18 new girls, but exciting too. I love my room and have moved in comfortablely.I also love the fact I have two windows. Double fun.

I'm tired, but happy. My stomach hurts, but I'm content. I'm anixious, but relaxed. I'm excited, but I don't care. I'm weird, but a good weird ;) By the Way...Slidell La was amazing. Seth and I had some good times on the work site. More happy thoughts about that coming soon.I'm excited for this blog. I can see us going places my fellow bloggers.

Cheers
